From the first flowers I picked as a child in my grandfather’s garden, I knew my appreciation and love of nature and its beauty was endless. I remember the sweet smell of lilacs, the vivid colors of zinnias, the lush texture and intense fragrance of peonies and roses, and the joy in my grandfather’s face as he helped me put together such beautiful bouquets.
